Hello All. I was just curious. I want to add Wynn and Cosmo to my rotation of Mlife and V/P. I get decent offers at Mlife and V/P. I usually Vegas 3,4 times a year of 6 nights stay with V/P for 3 and one Mlife for the other 3. I pretty much average similar coin-in (~75K) at every leg (3 night stay) of each trip. Since I plan to add Wynn and Cosmo to my rotation, will my Mlife offers suffer if I visit less but maintaining my usual coin-in? Does it matter if I stay visit 1,2,3, or 4 times a year? I guess my next would be if offers of other chains differ with less visits (but same usual coin-in) also? Thank you!

Some people might have had different experiences, but I don't think visiting less often will change your offers, as long as you maintain the same average daily play.

However, some properties/chains will drop you from their active list and stop sending you offers after a certain amount of time. For example, I did a walkthrough visit at Orleans, started getting comp offers, but they stopped after exactly 1 year because I never took them up on any of the offers.

Most chains I expect would continue to send/load offers for at least about 2 years after a visit before you would drop off. Even then, they have a record of your play. Even though I had no active offers, I was able to get V/P to give me comp nights upfront after not staying or playing there for 5 years. I haven't had any long breaks between stays at MLife or CET properties.

It could effect the tier level that you reach, which could lower the bonus, 10-40%, you get for express comps. You will need to be very disciplined and not use your Mlife at all during your non MGM trips. Also you are lowering your days in your ADT from say 12 to 3 so smaller variations in your coin-in each day will have bigger impacts on your comps.

... my mlife offers did not change at all after I did not visit in nearly 18 months.

    Coin-in slightly less than yours.

At my „Home Casino“ (Aria) they actually went up a bit.

Looks like MGM is not writing you off after just a year.

Yeah, I would think so. I mean, there can be ups and downs in the value of your offers based on seasonality or whatever their marketing strategy at any given time is. But they're also going to be pegged mostly to what your play level was on your most recent trip. Going once a year should keep you from falling off their radar.

Like Chuck said, once a year you should be fine. We go twice a year to mlife and have solid offers consistently (knock on wood).

Personally, I would ABSOLUTELY roll in Cosmo, if you can. We love Mlife, but Cosmo's tier program knocks mlife's out of the water. Comso is now my top focus on retaining tier, and has been for years.

We're mid-rollers (slots), and Cosmo has taken a hard-core mlifer and bumped Cosmo to the top of our list. If you go once a year with mlife, you should be fine. Twice? You should absolutely be fine.

ROLL. COSMO. IN...and you might just find it tops your list, as we did!
