Trade Does anyone want this Southwest voucher?

I have a Southwest LUV voucher worth $138 that I can't use before it expires, March 2nd. If anyone can use it, you're welcome to it.

 

I could use it are you trying to trade it for something.

 

I'm not 100% sure if those are transferable. My daughter in law had one from a flight she didn't take, I offered to buy it so she didn't lose it. She called SW and whoever she talked to said she had to use it. Not sure if it's accurate info but I guess I would check that out first

 

SW told me it was definitely transferable. Actually, they said it was tied to no certain person. As long as you have the voucher # and security code, you're good. The following is a quote from their CSR on a Facebook message.

"Please keep in mind that the vouchers you have are fully transferable and anyone can use them. -Mallory"

I'm not sure who you are deciding to give this to, but I could definitely use it. Great gesture though and I bet you'll get hundreds of interested people if you do a random drawing for it.

 

Normally you have to complete the flight before the expiration date - so that does decrease the quantity of people that could be using it. People going in the next 10 days have likely booked their flights already. (Otherwise I'd be all over it!)

 

That is correct. The travel must be completed by March 2nd. That being said, one could probably book one-way with it for use on or before expiration, then book another one-way for the return...just a thought. I didn't realize until Sunday that someone other than myself could use it or it would already be done. I hate to see it go to waste.
