Does anyone recall the fantastic bread pudding available at the Golden Nugget Buffet and the Carson St.
Cafe? I think it was supposed to be the Wynn Family Recipe.

It was awesome! I would make a special trip to the Carson St. Cafe ( I think that was what it was called, now
Carson Kitchen? ) just for that.

I don't think they have it there anymore. But if anyone know where they do please tell me!

Yup, we had a few times and it was excellent though we subsequently found an even better one in the coffee shop at Jerry's Nugget, but last year we made a special trip downtown only to discover it was no longer available.

Great stuff. They've had it at the breakfast buffet every time we've stayed there, most recently December, 2015.

used to love the bread & butter pudding there and then they moved the buffet upstairs and it was never the same again, I have downloaded recipe that I have used since the 90's that was in our news paper which is the best I have tasted I don't always use the orange marmalade but grate lemon rind over the bread also i don't put the demerara suger on top either, but it still tastes devine
