I swear it's the way I act on my last day, like every... single... time!

Riding away from the strip towards the airport gets me every single time. Just a few days prior I was heading in the opposite direction, well rested, with delusions of grandeur. Sucks!

I often feel that there were things that I wanted to do but either forgot or just didn't have the time on my last day. Several years ago we went for 9 nights and to be honest we couldn't wait to get back home.

I start feeling the same way when I start packing my bags for my return flight home. My trips never seem to be long enough. :haha:

I am usually worn out, broke and ready to go home. However, as soon as I reach home I wonder how fast I can save up to go again. Is the next week too soon?

My last night in Vegas, I am ready to get to the airport and get home. I have had enough.

I'm usually out of money, my feet hurt, and I have barely slept in days. My last day is more like the scene with Jonah Hill "Will you smoke some crack with me?!? Smoke some crack with me!!!" ... that scene.

Beau Rivage booked same day as Luxor. One will win. Leaning Biloxi.
Vegas or Biloxi. Going somewhere for Labor Day weekend...

You nailed my attitude exactly! I’m constantly checking my text messages on the last day - hoping for flight cancellation...

We go once per year. When we get to Vegas we DON'T hold back. Not for a single second. By the end of the week my body is usually aching, my liver is begging for mercy and my mind is total mush. When it is time to go it is time to go. We wave and say 'until next year'.

I used to feel that way when I was working and trips were only 4-5 days long. Now, retired, I schedule for as long as I please, generally 2 weeks and I'm ready to go home at the end. The hard part is that I still only have my 4-5 day bank roll that now has to last 2 weeks. I've made a game out of that, too. (Isn't LV all about games?)

That’s how I can tell if my trip was epic. If I’m ready to go home though, I’m REALLY ready. If I’m not and trying to extend, that’s when I’m really upset I have to leave.

Yes, which is why I often extend my trip on the last day.
