    You know, like . . .

The screamer over a 2.00 win at the slot machine or the know-it-all at the poker table. How about the late night strip-walking group of loud drunks with the yard long drinks.

My biggest Vegas eyeroll moment is the big shot at the front desk – turned halfway between the people in line and the desk agent demanding this and that because of his “status”.

    :rolleyes2: :rolleyes2: :rolleyes2:

Mine are mostly at the pool because you see and hear more there. .... the cheek baring, thong bathing suit beauty.... the "big shot" who expounds about what he has and owns, etc.

anyone who really has status or "things" is usually more reserved and understated ( or at least should be). The loudmouths you hear are usually the opposite - pretenders

The group of people who decide to figure out what to do next in the middle of the sidewalk.

oh and the person who buys in for $20 at a 3CP table them bets $5 on the 6 card Bonus, $5 on the pairs plus and $10 on the ante. One trip I saw the same person do this 3 times on 3 different days. the third time I had to ask, He only wanted to play one hand and did not want to go back to the cashier if he did not have to.

oh and any other one hand buy in person

I was in New Orleans once and it was EARLY. I mean, like, I was hardly awake, but I wanted to get some play in when I could grab whatever machine I felt like playing. Sure enough, an SGL (Screaming Gambler Lady) sits next to me and gets into a bonus. She "wins" like $27.52. And then, worse yet, *I* get into a bonus, too. And then I "win" like $43.76. And she screams even LOUDER.

I leaned away from her and said (only semi-meaning to be quite so vivid with my language), "Jesus Christ! What the fuck is wrong with you?" And she glared at me and responded, "Well now I hope you lose."

I won about $500 a few spins later. "Bad news on that one," I replied as I headed towards the TITO redemption machine.

People who walk super slow. Especially when they're walking in a group and they're walking 3 or 4 people wide (if not more) and they don't get out of the way.

Also, as was previously mentioned, people who just stop in the middle of the sidewalk to converse upon their next plan of action.

People who take a phone call and wander in a small-ish area but don't pay attention to people around them and they cut people off without even noticing that there are other people around.

People who stand on the people movers. You're supposed to walk on them so you move along quicker!

As with the old adage, if you talk about how charitable you are, it's not about the charities, it's about you.

For me, eye roll is not a pet peeve moment, as I think this thread will trend. Different critters. Eye roll to me is something like the early morning walk of shame; doesn't affect me one iota so not a pet peeve, but snicker-worthy.

When a group of guys join a Craps / BJ table and their 'leader' starts explaining the game to them - and talks with real authority - and has no clue what he is talking about. Eye roll and sometimes lol when dealer pulls them up on their mistakes.

When someone sits next to me at a slot machine and then asks me to help them understand the rules or payouts. I usually am nice with one question, but it fades into an eye roll on subsequent interactions. I didn’t travel to Vegas to be a tour guide or counselor.

Hey now I enjoy those types. :D

Mine is people who end up asking for money. It gets really bad on weekends with big events like EDC. They’ll ask how I’m doing or comment on how much is in the machine with no clue how much I’ve put in. It always ends the same.

I don't know about this one. My tradition on the way out the door to the airport is to bet one hand at $100 at BJ. Win or lose, I'm done. Why would I ask to get into an open chair.

I guess people think that it is rude to play mid deck youneed to wait for the shuffle, probabaly along the lines of taking someones card when they think you should not hit. One of the reasons I dont play blackjack unless I am the only one at the table.
