Long story short, yes. I only go to Vegas in the summers, and I make sure to chase my drinks with water.

The other thing, I ONLY drink beer during the day. Liquor + Heat + Free + a lot of time left before going out for the evening = trouble.

I know this thread isn't about how to cure a hangover, but before every trip I get pedyalite & put in on my pillow before I go out. That way I chug it when I get back. Best.Thing.EVER!

Usually get up 7 am, drink a bunch of water, grab a quick bite, then it's on. I'll pace myself throughout the day (usually) but most of the time will go back to the room for a nap before the evening starts, then it's on again. I think it's called alcoholism :)

I usually do, and to be honest, often regret it. The biggest effect alcohol has on me is that it makes me sleepy, and so there have been way too many Vegas nights where I've accidentally overdone it during the day and wound up calling it a night by like 9pm.

I'm a beer drinker at home, but if I drink beer all day in Vegas, I won't make it past 6pm. I've been known to have a beer with breakfast in Vegas, but then I usually mix up water and vodka-red bulls throughout the day. Once it's night time, I usually find my way back to my trusty Miller Lite.

The one exception would be if it's a football Sunday. I have to drink beer while i watch football. (I mean, this is America, right?) Games start at 10am Vegas time, so I'm usually drunk by noon.

I can't drink like I used to, so I find ordering a water with every other drink helps the hangover a bit.

Having a bottle of vodka and Gatorade in the room is a great way to start the day.

Yes, I drink all day and night, baileys and coffee in the morning, move to old fashions in afternoon, and makers on rocks in evening, mix in a lot of water.

    Nope

    Nope,

The burning daytime hot sun of the Mojave Desert + Booze would make my brain explode,
Like a Vampire in Daylight, (worst headaches ever).

We start as soon as we're at the airport, the first night in Vegas I always try to say I will pace myself so i'm not too rough on the first full day. It never happens. So yeah day two I wake up early and nip to the shop for 4 cans of beer at around 8am to get rid of the hangover... and that's when i get caught in the cycle.

By day 4 i'm a shell of a man, but what a great time I have doing it!!!!

We'll be selecting one of our 4 days to engage in "big day out". Full day of less focus on gambling and more focus on bar hopping. Staying at the D and this will most likely occur mostly on Fremont East.. can't wait!

No, it's for dehydration. It wouldn't be good for children if it gave diarrhea.

Won't that cost a bundle with the bar prices in Vegas...or do you have some type of system (like hitting specials and happy hours)?
