title says it all, Roulette is fun (imho). but its a horrible horrible game for the player, made significantly better by only being 1 green spot instead of 2, do any Casinos still offer such a game or has it just become a myth?

WE WON'T KNOW UNTIL THURSDAY !

Hmmm I wonder if they saved the last X spins results from the scoreboards before they shut them down.

Yes, but they are usually located either in the HL rooms, or a HL pit outside of the HL room

IIRC the Plaza and Cromwell have one. Sadly triple zeros were becoming more common.

Will this trip get cancelled also??? Hope not.
    Good times, right?

Mirage - across from high limit area
Palazzo - HL and pit to the left of walk way toward hotel elevators.

(Pre-covid and won't help you immediately. Just FWIW)

It might even be $5 at times if I'm remembering right. Not sure.

I think I have seen some slot type Roulette machines that were single 0. Definitely not the same though.

Maybe not this year. Looking forward to 2021!

And the roulette slots usually don't have the same payouts as the table game

Cromwell has a single zero table (usually $25 min) right next to a double zero (usually $15 min) and I cannot tell you how many times I see the double zero jammed packed with people and the single zero has only one or two people.

Quite frequently the pit will joke about how many of them at the double zero table are playing more than $25.

One guy said the difference in the House Edge is a Tax imposed on people with bad math skills. :)

Just one thing to note on this - you have to play $5 chips at the single zero table, so if you wanted to play outside i completely agree play single zero, but if you wanted to spread your chips about and play $25 across numbers/splits/whatever, double zero is your choice...

Cromwell is the cheapest single zero on the strip, usually $25. Usually, most strip casinos have $50 or %100 min single zero in HL rooms. Downtown, I have seen $10 single zero at a couple different casinos.

Being from the UK where all tables are single zero I still cringe when I see the double zeros but I will occasionally play them when in Vegas but the treble zeros are strangely interesting just to see if anyone actually plays them

On the strip, outside of high limits/VIP, Cromwell, Mirage and MGM Grand have them. However, MGM Grand has changed their non-High Limit table to a double. There's still at least one on the floor but the two pitbosses said it will only open by demand. That wasn't last night nor today.

There was (I haven't confirmed) a single zero in High Limits/VIP in the Paris, Caesars Palace, Cosmo.

Saw one at the Venetian this past December. I think it was $50 Minimum. I also saw the dreaded triple zero for the first time.

"For your convenience", of course! Funny thing was this yesterday, at first glance I thought this sign was pointing out it was "closed for your convenience", but it was pointing out that the hot dog place was open.

Consideration is roulette and up there with the worse odds in the house I'll give this a few spins. 1 hr at a 750 avg and an over 91% win %.. Maybe I'll take it up to 1000, 1000 and 1000!

Someone please talk me out of it!!

Tomorrow we will find out not if I win but how long I'll last lol..[IMG]
