I love fun food, creative food, simple food done right ... and we've had so many great plates across Vegas over the years. Thankfully we've never found something of a mortal nature, no matter how good. Mina's lobster pot pie certainly was one of those.

Boy howdy, as we say in the Ozarks. The steak is so tender you can cut it with a fork. The gravy is always the perfect consistency. I switch it up with egg style, just to keep my palate fresh.

    This dish...

I first had it a couple years ago. I hated it. I absolutely did not get the flavor profile. I like foie gras, I like cotton candy, but I absolutely was not a fan. Until about 8 hours later, when it was absolutely haunting me. I went back the very next day for it.

Mine would be 2 dishes at Le Cirque
Lobster risotto, but really any risotto served there has been the best of anywhere I’ve tried.
    Potato Crusted Mediterranean Sea Bass

Still searching for a ‘to die for’ dessert so maybe it’s time for me to try Ramsey’s Sticky Toffee Pudding

A couple years ago I visited Palace Station on a Sunday morning for the Breakfast Buffet, it was probably about 10 am or so, there was no line at the Oyster Bar. So if you’re coming in from the east coast the night before like I did, that’s lunchtime. I can’t believe I still did the Buffet over a pan roast.
