The spaghetti at Cosmo is pretty damn good too!
I love fun food, creative food, simple food done right ... and we've had so many great plates across Vegas over the years. Thankfully we've never found something of a mortal nature, no matter how good. Mina's lobster pot pie certainly was one of those.
Sticky toffee pudding... oh my.. And, I'm getting it again next trip. Can't wait.
Lobster Risotto at Hell’s Kitchen
Boy howdy, as we say in the Ozarks. The steak is so tender you can cut it with a fork. The gravy is always the perfect consistency. I switch it up with egg style, just to keep my palate fresh.
The $2.29 breakfast at Sarah's kitchen
A great bargain.
Paella at Serrano's with a good pitcher of Red Sangria.
Warm Butter Cake at Mastro's
Sticky Toffee Pudding at any of Ramsey's restaurants.
Another vote for the foie gras cotton candy at Bazaar Meat at Sahara
I first had it a couple years ago. I hated it. I absolutely did not get the flavor profile. I like foie gras, I like cotton candy, but I absolutely was not a fan. Until about 8 hours later, when it was absolutely haunting me. I went back the very next day for it.
Mine would be 2 dishes at Le Cirque
Lobster risotto, but really any risotto served there has been the best of anywhere I’ve tried.
Potato Crusted Mediterranean Sea Bass
Still searching for a ‘to die for’ dessert so maybe it’s time for me to try Ramsey’s Sticky Toffee Pudding
I heard that Tacos El Gordo was going to close.
Somebody just told me one of its two locations in Vegas.
SW Steakhouse - Warm Foie Gras with a Sauternes
Tao - Miso-glazed Chilean Sea Bass
A couple years ago I visited Palace Station on a Sunday morning for the Breakfast Buffet, it was probably about 10 am or so, there was no line at the Oyster Bar. So if you’re coming in from the east coast the night before like I did, that’s lunchtime. I can’t believe I still did the Buffet over a pan roast.
Eggs Benedict @ The Egg & I.
Short Rib Benedict @ The Henry.
Detroit Double Pep @ Good Pie.
Spaghetti Aglio E Olio @ Ferraro's.
Warm butter cake from Mastro’s. Gonna try the chocolate version if they have it at the end of the month.
If you are referring to Scarpetta spaghetti I totally agree
Filet and mac n' cheese at CUT
General Tsao Chicken at Wing Lei
Anything at Le Cirque
Butter cake at Mastro's
Banana cream pie at Delmonicos
