Have upcoming reservations at Delmonico's. I here the bone in ribeye is the way to go. Any other suggestions? What about appetizers or sides? Thanks in advance.

Good choice on Delmonico's as it's my favorite steakhouse in Las Vegas

I usually go with my wife and here's what we order:

To start, I usually order red wine (bottle or by the glass) as their wine list is huge and high quality. I'll order the Lobster Bisque (none for wife) and the Caesar Salad for 2 (they actually make it right in front of you which is a nice touch). For entrees, we usually order Filets (medium) with a Twice Baked Potato (and split with wifey) but sometimes we change it up and order the Bone in Rib Eyes instead of the Filets. Recently, I've been sticking with the Filets.

With all that food, we usually never have room to order desserts or coffee but others in my group usually do and have heard no complaints. Overall, the food is excellent and I go there every time I visit Las Vegas... Enjoy! :peace:

for those who have been to Delmonico's and The Golden Steer: How do they compare? I have only been to Golden Steer, but noticed Del's on a trip once.

Try (or split as we do) the Banana Cream Pie for dessert. Amazing!

Table side salad preparation is kind of cool. Excellent choice.
