We just played our favorite game. Chucking all the lose change into the fountain while riding down the escalator at Luxor! Childish but very enjoyable.

We had dinner at Diablos. Used the MyKONAMI reward for 20$ off. It was actually a very nice meal and good service. I have no pics of dinner - Mike does if he gets around to posting. We had the guacamole and my only complaint about the meal is that it’s a pretty small serving to go charging 12$ for. I had a mezcal drink that was great. I wrapped up with the ceviche and plantains. Mike did enchiladas. All in all a good meal, if a little pricey for what you get. But what are gonna do? Vegas. Then threw a few bucks in the slots. A decent hit on an old school reel. 86B4151A-E2DB-4E47-8AD4-C0FD22C26CEB.jpeg

Shoot one other note. O’Sheas is only open on the weekends right now. That could change soon?

I read about it years ago on the board. We have played 3 times now I think. This time I made a Google spreadsheet so we could keep score online and it added everything for us. It was a great update! I can share that with anyone who is interested just PM me.

Diablos was great. Service was good and the drinks were sound. Enchiladas and the $3 hot sauce was a bit much but enjoyable. Tried to get an action shot on the money going into the fountain but I failed. Always make sure people are not sitting at the fountain. I know one year we through much change down and realized we could have killed someone. Before the dinner we scored a free shot at the Centra bar and realized we could get anything we wanted while the Knights played!

Service… meh. No hash browns on-time. I’m serious about potatoes with Benedict…

Area 15 is wild and was busy.. It is a glorious scavenger hunt of sorts but if you haven’t been before, do some background on the story (Omega Mart) to give you a bit of background and navigation support. We didn’t finish it (we were close) but got through the caves of it. It is sensory overload. Very cool things to watch and interact with. The slides were bumpy. Still fun. Lots to look at. If you are afraid to touch things after other people, there are sanitizer stations everywhere..

After the Area 15 experience we ate a “snack” at The Beast. Good! Pizza, beer, cider and cocktails.. S’mores. 49A8ABF5-8C93-4C43-9EC2-DEFB163A6E40.jpeg D9B785D5-A225-48BE-87F0-9EAE8436E63C.jpeg 7D06A755-CCB7-417C-9D9D-6AB45208E194.jpeg

Omega Mart was a little too busy for my taste. Next time I would try to be there as soon as it opens. Also it is hot as hell outside that place with no shade cover so be aware of you need to wait for entry or for your uber.
