Where do you go to find what craps variations are playing at the casinos? I would like to scout ahead before going to vegas this weekend. I was looking at Wizard of Vegas and saw the last time the survey was updated was 2016. Thanks.

I am not aware of any current surveys, but there really aren't that many variations. On the Strip, Cromwell and Casino Royale seem to offer the best odds. Fire Bet is available at CET casinos. AST is available at MGM and Wynn casinos, but the reductions in payouts of those bets during the past year make it not all that appealing. I don't have current knowledge about DT offerings

Is this recently confirmed? I stayed at Flamingo Sept 14-18 and they definitely had AST (in fact, our group's dice thrower, "Shooter McGavin", proceeded to hit AST too, first time I've ever seen the whole thing hit)

I have seen AST at some CET tables, but not all. I also left Cosmo off my original list, which offers it too

Is anyone on the strip offering $5 tables with 3x,4x,5x odds?

I am not usually looking for $5 tables, but in the past I have seen them at Hooters, Excalibur, Harrahs, Ballys, PHo, Casino Royale, and Tropicana

Cromwell also sometimes has $5 tables, but usually only on weekdays early in the day. 100x odds.

I hit all the CET properties for the QFR in August. Cromwell and Linq has the Fire Bet. PH has the repeater bet. Caesars, Harrahs, Flamingo had the AST with the better paying odds. I can't quite remember, but I think Paris Ballys and Rio were also AST. I think some of the CET properties have each one at different tables.

All MGM properties seem to be AST with the lower paying odds. Monte Carlo used to have one table with the Golden Dice Challenge.

Most places were 3-4-5x odds except Cromwell at 100x and Wynn at 2x.

Wynn was AST for the lower paying odds.

Lowest I saw for minimum was $10. I know $5 is still around but I think it's getting harder to find. I was at MGM for the first part of my trip during the fight and it was $25 min until Sunday afternoon.

If I recall correctly most MGM properties are 2x and 3x on field and CET is 2x 2x. Makes a small difference if you bet field or anything but 7 strategy.

That site hasn't been updated for a very long time. Still shows Sahara and Imperial Palace.
Some good general craps information though.

The reduction for "all" down to 150-1 was a shocker for me on my trip 2 weeks ago. My local native American casino still pays 175-1!

$5.00 are still to be found on the strip and saw plenty 2 weeks ago at NYNY and MC. Aria does not drop below $10.00 ever per one of the pit bosses.

AST of 30/1 and 150/1 is becoming far too common place now from the traditional 34/1 and 175/1. Much larger house edge with the lower payments.

Bally's is still a good bet if you are looking central strip for a $5 game. Cromwell the go to place for those that like high odds - plus they have 25c full pay VP, 3/2 blackjack, EZ baccarat and single zero roulette so is a great venue for those who like to lose their money more slowly at other properties......plus I assume their drinks service is still great

I did not go to Cromwell two weeks ago but will on my next trip. No need since NYNY,MC, and Ellis Island handled all my $5.00 craps table needs lol
