Which event is most likely to produce an immediate devil?

    Stick change
    Dice off the table
    Dice hitting hand
    Buy in mid roll
Cocktail waitress interrupting shooter to take or deliver a drink order
    Dice hitting chips
    Short roll

    IMHO

    Dice hitting hand
    Dice hitting chips
    Dice off the table
    Buy in mid roll

You forgot to also mention the refilling of chips. That slows down the table and sometimes they let you roll the dice even though the containers are still in the middle of the table.

Also add argument at the table, usually between a boxman/dealer and a player (usually a dumbass). The vibe turns sour quick!

Spouse coming up to the table or even texting or calling you.

Someone walking up and buying in during roll.

Was at bunions on sat made 2 points and had hard ways up 2 way for dealers. Floor inturupts me and says I can't throw in front of the dealer. I was in stick left 1 and I always extend my arm in front of the stick. Whatever dude. I took all bets down and colored up. My pass line was still out there so I just chucked the dice all crazy until 7out. Walked 60 $ up, whereas had he left me alone I'd of been even if a 7 came.
What pisses me off is if the stick shakes his stick trying to distract you.

When I walk up to a table I will wait until the roll is over before buying in. But if the dealer asks for the buy-in I'll hand it in being ever watchful as to where the dice is.

Hey, I wanna play, you know? I don't mind someone else doing that while I'm shooting, just watch your hands is all I ask.

    2. Buying in mid-roll.
    3. Dice hitting hand.

I wish I could say that hitting the chips was problematic, but feel like I knock over the stacks of singles and nickels every time I roll, unfortunately...

Dice hitting hand puts me on tilt
Buy in mid roll kills any momentum

Dice hitting chips - I'm notorious for as I like to throw into the corners.

Hand always seems to be a seven right then and there. When I'm shooting, I wait if someone's got their hands in or even looks like they're going to.

Although the only time I've ever been hit in the hand myself, it made the point.

I'd say dice hitting hand and dice overboard. I've seen a few solid runs start right after hitting chips.
