Table Games Craps - are stickmen / dealers incented to encourage prop bets?

    I usually don't get that feeling.
    The only time they ask if I want the bonus is if I have been playing it.
    They ask if I want back on the hard ways if I have been on it and it hits soft.

    I agree with CenterfieldNine.It is part of good service.
    I tip well and the dealers generally don't want you to miss something if you have been playing it and it hits.

    I agree on this also. I've seen some pretty upset players admonish the dealers for not reminding them that their hardway or prop bets were down. It's their way of providing good service and greatly appreciated by those who love to bet those type of wagers. The tips follow not because of the hawking but because of the appreciation.

    I like when the stick man yells out carny bets and tries to induce action. Adds to the fun and seems to happen a bit more when a table is heating up. At a gassed craps table the dealers are busy and working hard. They deserve tips and putting them in the game is pretty darn fun.
