What do I win? Mine came in 15 years older.
Real age 45 COVID age 38
Couldn't answer the last two questions because I don't know what they are, I do not have my latest blood work values.
What I could answer said 90. Real age is 71. I just had a complete cardio workup and stress test. Passed with flying colors. Just had a checkup yesterday. Passed with flying colors.
From what I could answer it said 90 and I'll bet this is mostly because of past cardio problems, since fixed. I have had a triple bypass in 2005 and was diagnosed with Atherosclerosis.
Twice a week I drink 5 to 7 beers and smoke a small bowl of weed. Very small. Of course when I have it in good supply, I might smoke 1 or 2 fatties a week.
What this boils down to is that I am afraid that I have to call B.S. on this test.
I was a hermit to start with and have doubled my efforts to avoid people. I take every last precaution.
My weight and waist circumference added 16 years. Ouch. I don't know what my A1c is but my fasting glucose is below 100. I have been slowly lowering the weight so the longer I go without catching it the lower my covid age will go.
I'm 33 and came in at 30, I'll take it.
Was on vacation with gf and 16 others in NC the week of June 13-20. Came home, got sick 2-3 days later, and got COVID tested last Saturday...still waiting for the damn results.
Mine added 2 years, because of quarantine gut. Oddly, I am quite sure I wouldn't have this extra weight if the gyms weren't closed!
I agree about the gyms being closed. Mine came out about 3yrs older than I am.
Got bored so I stopped.
I did it. Something to do during my downtime.
I’m 50 going on 70....either way, I planned on living another 30 years....
The only thing it taught me is that I am probably at a higher risk than I assumed I was. Won't change anything I'm doing, including heading to Vegas in September. I am careful and follow the rules. I think these have their place to maybe let you see where you can improve but nobody's perfect. I also think if people fill them out correctly it will give the researchers a bit of info. Nothing I would hope they would rely upon though!
I am aware I should loose weight. I just can't make it happen. I even hired a nutritionist for 3 months. Weight didn't budge. She put me on 2 different low calorie macronutrient plans which I followed to the letter. She was amazed that I never shed a pound. We both gave up. I'm about 20, maybe 25 heavier than I'd like. I have come to believe we all have a set point that our bodies seem to be drawn to. I've been much thinner (too thin) and I've been much heavier. I always end up around where I am now. It puts me at higher risk for COVID but I have a great A1C, had high cholesterol that I dropped to normal levels with a few diet changes and take no Rx medications, only vitamins. I'm going to live my life and take my chances.
You don't need an A1C if you have normal fasting blood glucose levels. A1C is usually a test given to diabetics. You can leave any of these blank.
Oh, and mine was worse than I expected. I'm pretty much already dead. Oh well.
Came in two years younger.
The BMI is totally debatable even my quack doc says it shouldn’t be part of a physical as the numbers are way off for even a healthy person..
Also I’m 5-11 190 according to this I should be 165
If I was 165 not only would I feel skinny and wimpy my family would prob admit me for a eating disorder and believe me I like to eat
It added years because I smoke and I’ll agree with that
I once had a neighbor who used to preach to people about smoking drinking etc as she lived a clean life etc
honestly that neighbor had more health problems than anybody I’ve ever known
I think a drink woulda done her good.
Mine says 4 years younger and less than 1% mortality rate if infected. Maybe it's party time?
oh darnit!! mine said 12 yrs older than I am...... I guess I might as well go to bed!
I don't put much stock into these when they don't ask important questions like
a) Do you even lift, brah? (yes)
b) What is your race/class/con score? (Dwarven Monk, 19)
It thinks my Covid age is 7.5 years older, with the fact that I take BP medicine responsible for 4 of those years! Sorry, but I don't buy that.
ugh. i am 63. test said 122.
i might not have to make a decision on my august trip
