so... is there a charge for the room or is it just thrown in if a player buys in over a million at the Reserve?

Im sure you COULD pay cash...but it's mostly reserved for high rollers or VIP''s (movie stars, etc)

i'm just curious if the room itself had to be paid for or was comped
unless if i missed it, the article didn't put a price tag on the room itself

I'm sure I'm in the minority, but I'd rather get comped a regular Terrace room with a fountain view and not have to spend enough to make it to one million points.

I had to stop watching. Damn constant camera movement was making me seasick. I hate shakycam.

Sounds like they're going with the traditional "only for high rollers" model with these rooms. The article made it sound like these are terribly expensive because you have to "pay" $1M for these instead of the $10-25k per night you can get penthouses for at other hotels, but the $1M is a minimum buy in/play requirement, not a price.

Boy those guys are full of themselves - didn't make it through the video but the suite is sure nice. The retro Vegas vibe is cool. Interesting to see how the other 1% lives in Vegas when they come. They'll have to comp me one of these when I hit the Progressive in August.

"Not everyone gets in to the Boulevard Penthouses. To do so, you have to prove your net worth, clear a few security hurdles, and have paperwork submitted to the Gaming Commission—which gets you into the high-roller lounge called the Reserve, where you’ll play your requisite million."

Goes on to say "anyone who spends 100K on a given trip can be considered"
