After that boozing was the perfect chance for Secret Pizza. Guess you'll just have to booze it up again tonight :)

I love sitting on my terrace in the morning.... it makes the Cosmopolitan experience for me.

    Random musings:

Weather forecasts changed since I planned, packed a few days ago. 8-10° hotter

I didn't play much yesterday. Tier points less than one-third typical. Video poker generates less points, I got too hammered to play for several hours. I had two sessions with significant losses only to find my card wasn't tracking. And even my late night play, with the handpay, was a very long, four-retriggers, bonus = no points. I wonder how that's going to affect my back end, if I play normally other two nights.

One thing I enjoyed about STK last night was the return to normal seating. I was seated next to a young guy and older lady. Celebrating with champagne. We smiled and commented a time or two, but then he got my attention and announced, "I'm showing my grandmother Vegas..." We chatted alot after that. That wouldn't have happened during distancing.

SWA holiday dates now on sale. Wow, are they gouging!

It happens, worse when you forget to put the card in :(
You might want to get a new card, sometimes they get worn or get demagnatized.
Usually they only time out if idle for a long period.
Not having the handpay win tracked on the card is probably good.

    Only losing sessions weren't tracked.

I'd guess handpays are noted anyway... as they probably correlate info from 1099 prep with player database.

    Cosmo tip

For the lazy guest seeking fountain views.

Much shorter walks in Boulevard Tower.
Higher floor, elevator lobby faces fountain view rooms. Lower floors, elevator lobby faces city view rooms.

The truly lazy, or legit need of minimal distance, try to get a room in served by the higher floor elevator bank. You'll be steps from your room

    Not sure at Cosmo.

For Mlife I thought the same however...
I was purposely not playing with my card at Bellagio earlier this year and hit a handpay. Attendant took my license and brought back paperwork and a copy of my player's card he had printed. Said it made things easier...
Expected offer cuts, but saw no change, either it wasn't logged or their algorithm threw it out.

Another thing I've never done before... walked out of my room without room key. .. check that off the list:confused:

Last trip I lost my key - in the sleeve with room info...

They're going to code my account with a note unable to manage key.

China Poblano was the one I was not blown away by last October 2019...
Jaleo I havent been since it opened but as I recall was excellent, but pricey for what we got.
STK, did an early bird pre fixe last time and was excellent, could eat that bread all damn day!
B&E only had a few apps, I want to try
    Blue Ribbon, amazing
    Scarpettas, still havent been.
    Zuma Either
Secret Pizza is a must do
    Lardo for Sammys

Technically... China Poblano not third floor. I've only eaten a few a la Carte things there. I'm doing the Restaurant Week fixed menu later this trip

    Try Scarpetta!

Wow and it’s not like the Identity card machines are that old; I am mindful to check Boyd’s card machines periodically as they are OLD and like to crap out on occasion :nono: I would go to the booth and ask if they can look into it or at least bring it up with your host, who wants your play to be tracked as badly as you do :) Sounds like you’re having fun overall... shall it continue, with more winning

My bad...I just started rambling about Cosmo food in general...considering I could eat all my Vegas meals there and not feel I missed out...
Momofuku (also not 3rd floor) fan-f'n-tastic

Will try to do Scarpetta in July for sure!

A little frustrated that the Cosmopolitan website function for reporting points, recent activity, etc. Isn't working.

I want to see how I'm doing today, for a few different reasons. Can't, without waiting in line at Identity Booth.

Wouldn't you imagine a full screen of highest symbol would produce a big payout? Nope about 33X

    $150 on $4.50 bet
