    Hello all,
    Wife and I are going to Vegas in Sept. and are looking at staying at the Cosmo in A wraparound terrace suite. Does the Cosmo offer Limo service to and from the airport.
    Every year in the past we have stayed at the Mirage in A Penthouse suite and they always had A limo pick us up when we arrive and then one to take us back to the airport when we check out. Just wondering if Cosmo offers the same service.

    They do have a limo. It's not free though. It wouldn't be included with a wraparound suite. But if your play is strong enough I'm sure they'd comp it. I ended up booking through Presidential limo last time I stayed there.

    Bayou is right. Their Limo service is only offered complimentary on their Penthouse and Bungalow suites and at one time I believe their Lanai suites.

    Actually, that's not entirely accurate. I have stayed in the wraparound suite the last three times there and they always set up a limo to and from the airport for me. I go through a host for everything, so that is probably why I got one. I don't think it is automatic because of the room. As with most things in Vegas, you can get it comped if your gambling play warrants it.

    All that being said, I think Cosmo outsources their limo service. I don't know for certain, but I suspect it because the limos that have always driven me there never have any markings to indicate its part of Cosmo. Everywhere else I have stayed in the Strip, the limo fleet always has something on it to indicate what hotel or company it is associated with. If I am right, that may explain why the Cosmo is not as generous offering limo transport to guests staying in suites

    Hmmmm, I must be asking the wrong people then cause any time I have asked for a limo during my many stays at Cosmo in their Wraparounds, they said it's not complimentary to that room nor being a Gold Identity Status. I was told only platinum and their other higher level suites. Now I know to press the issue a bit harder next time.

    Gold used to get an upgrade to limo if you booked the sedan. I inquired about this for my last trip to the Cosmo and this what concierge sent me:

    Please find below the rates and all options for transportation we offer:
    - Sedan (up to 3 people) - $81.00;

    - SUV (up to 6 people) - $101;

    - Limousine (up to 8 people) - $107.

    All rates are inclusive of taxes, fees and gratuity to the driver and are one way from the airport.

    Of course, color of your card doesn't matter most....it's how much is your ADT, therefore how valuable is your play to the casino? Though the freeplay at GOld sure adds up faster at the slots since it's 2X for Gold and 3x for Plat.

    If your play warrants a limo comp, then ask your host. If you haven't shown them strong play in the past perhaps show them what you're made of this time and in the future they'll take care of the car for you.

    Like I mentioned, the difference is probably that I have a host. I have absolutely no idea what tier benefits I get at Cosmo (I think I am gold level, but not even certain of that). My host always offers me a wraparound suite (or a lanai suite if I have friends with me), sets up the limo to and from the airport, and meets me at the lobby door when I arrive. I am not sure if that is how all hosts treat their players or if I just got lucky with a very good one, but it sounds like the solution here is to ask a host for the transportation, not the marketing department
