Question, after submitting your questions to Wynn slots - I assume you are doing this thru the 'Help' button within the game - how did they respond back to you - email? a mail sent to the game's inbox? Just asking because I've sent a request a couple times now asking to reschedule an early June reservation and have yet to get any sort of response, or at least one that I can find.
I get an e-mail from them in response to messages sent through the app 'help', though it usually takes a while, lol.
And ironically enough I sent one several hours ago after Dragon Power froze when I got the 'orb bonus', and got a mail back asking for more info a short while ago.

I waited a week after my first inquiry, tried again on Tuesday, still nuttin'...after hearing they got back to you that quickly on your game freeze, I suppose they are just avoiding mine for now due to subject matter...
They took a while when I asked about cancelling my reservation for July because I've been asked to quarantine until after I was due to travel. They said that the booking will be refunded and I can rebook my 4 nights later down the line.
marky I’m in the UK too and have a booking for July too. 4 nights on my account and 3 nights on my gfs account. Flights haven’t been cancelled yet but Wynn may well be open by then so was getting concerned. Have also just heard that by the end of may people on incoming flights to the UK will have to quarantine for two weeks. So I don’t fancy going even if I can so intend off contacting to cancel myself. However how have they told you to rebook? Do you have to contact them when you want to rebook or have they somehow allowed your account to access bookings regardless of your level? Also did they mention if you’re just entitled to your four nights whenever you want or does it still come down to whatever the cost of gems is?
Well I finally got my response...I guess all it took was posting on here..LoL...basically got the same form letter...will get full gems refunded and will be able to rebook same number of rooms once things open back up...Slightly comforting, but with their history, only slightly... @winningonwynn - at least for me, they didn’t give any details to explain the type of answers you are looking for unfortunately..
I haven't cancelled yet, but have told them I'm not allowed to travel even if I wanted to. They said the same thing as above. Can book my 4 nights at a later dare when allowed to travel etc. I would think you'll need to have the required gems to book at the level you were at when you booked. However, that's just conjecture, and I guess we'll all have to wait and see what transpires.
Hmmmm guess we will have to wait and see then and also hope they’re still up and running and good to their word when it comes to rebooking....which for me now is looking minimum of mid 2021 tbh
Has anyone actually been able to rebook? My reservation for May 26 was just canceled by them. I got my gems back. But when I try to rebook for september I get the error that I have to be level 3. Well I was 2 when I booked them originally. I also sent an email so w'lll see.
@Astribling - very curious to know if you heard back from Wynn Slots and if so, did they provide you a method to rebook, or change your level, or provide any support at all?
They just let me know that I could rebook my 4 nights down the line, when I knew what dates I wanted. I haven't investigated any further with everything still closed, and me not knowing my exact dates/trips either.
Yea, our dates are June 7-9, which we know we are not going since all our shows/activities are cancelled, but I'm hesitant to initiate the cancellation myself, in case the hotel does technically open by then... They don't exactly have a great track record for customer service. What they say vs what they will actually do, might not be the same.. which is why I'm anxious to hear Astribling's outcome..

Thanks for posting this. My reservation was for 3 June to 6 June. I was hoping to rebook for the end of June (this Vegas trip was going to be combined with visiting my parents). It will be interesting to see if they let me make the new booking before 4 June.

But I was lead to believe from the mail we recieved from Wynn that they would be opening "soon". Maybe I was naive since I assumed that it would happen in the near future. Just bummed that your early June trip was cancelled, thought they would be open then.
Thanks. Yeah, for the past couple of weeks I thought I was going to just make it. One day too early. But my flight from the UK was cancelled last week so its not Wynn's fault.
I have a reservation the 3rd week of June, but I am not ready to travel yet. Do I need to let them know first or just cancel and they will let me rebook at a later date? I read there response but want to be sure if I should just cancel my reservation in the app. I am hoping to go in the Fall and now need to also find out how many can stay in the comped room. In June I was to meet family there prior to Covid19, now other family members will join me in the trip.
