Anyone else getting connection error every time you try to open the app this morning?
Yup. Started about 30 minutes ago.
Yes, me too. It worked at 5:30 am Eastern time but not at 7:30 am.

Yep same here. I was in the mid of collecting my event bonus at the time. Needless to say, I'm not happy
This will be one of the few events so far during this 90-day period that I will not complete. Frustrating to say the least. Need some crowns as compensation.
I'm sure that once rectified support will award users with an extra VIP level as a gesture of goodwill.
Mine and the mrs app works just fine, and has all morning!

Mine came back to the event scratcher I was on when the game went down. I was able to scratch that off, but the other 1 and the bonus scratcher I was due had of course expired without me being able to redeem.
I've summitted a request to support for credit for these and of course the resulting VIP crowns for completing the event. I guess I'll have to see what their reply is to my request.
