    Good morning VMB,

I'm coming to you live from my office after drinking 18 beers yesterday... Yeah, I'm was caught off guard this morning when I got the call that made me have to come in. The good news is that I've been experimenting with low calorie beers lately and I can't even tell I drank yesterday. So, I guess my question is has anyone ever been comped something like a "Bud Select 55" or a "Miller 64" on the floor or at VP bars? Specifically at MGM properties or downtown?

Haha I know, I know. Might as well just drink water, but since I've switched over a few weeks ago I don't feel bad at all the next morning. I think these could be excellent casino beers. Still have a "beer" in my hand, keep from getting too wasted (which will help my play), and no hangovers... Maybe I've found a magic formula for myself hahaha.

I drink Heineken Light when I'm playing VP cuz I know I'll be knocking them back.

It's only 3.3% alcohol and that makes a difference. That's even lighter than Coors Lite (4.2%) and Bud Lite (5%).

Yeah it tastes like watered-down suds, but it does the trick. I can enjoy a bunch of them without getting loaded or hungover.

Yeah, only 55 calories. Haha I think they are for people on diets, but I just want to have something I can drink all day and not get too trashed/hungover. I discovered this did the trick for me last year on days where I went tailgating for football games and have recently made the switch for the heavy days... like yesterday lol

Maybe I'll give the Heineken Light a try next time. Thanks!

Lots of light beer = lots of trips to the bathroom, can be a problem when you have to take a piss and hit a 50 spin bonus!

Miller 64 is all but dead around here, but they used to have it at the bars at both the local Horseshoe and Ameristar.

For comp at the slots at most of the LV places, I've always had Bud Light.

That's my go to as well. Haha and I have probably recouped half of my losses in "free" bud light over the years.

I'm not a big beer drinker. However, I do have many memories of standing at the bar over at Casino Royale drinking $1 Michelob Ultras, waiting for the atm daily withdrawal limit to reset. Not my proudest moments, lol.

A few years ago we had a weight loss challenge at work and I had a trip to Vegas planned two weeks before the end of the challenge. The best low calorie comped beer I found was Amstel Light. Low calorie and low alcohol content. My brother drinks Bud Select 55 but I could never get over the watered down taste.

You can do it easy with this DIY recipe:
    1) get a bottle of Bud lite or Miller lite
    2) go to nearest restroom
    3) pour 3/4 of the bottle into the sink
    4) fill up the bottle with tap water, make sure use cold water
    Now you have it!

    This is interesting

I’ve been drinking Miller Diet (96 calories) for 35+ years and I’m still fat?
Could I be doing it wrong? Does anyone have directions for the low calorie beers?

Most Casinos have Amstel Light. To me anyway it has the most flavor of all light beers. It's only 95 Calories.
