Now 2019 calendars are available, I have purchased a one night stay at the Aria

Unfortunately, there appears to be only King rooms available, I am in need of a 2 queen room. From others experience in the past, has anyone seen this change, should I keep the reward and keep trying. Any thoughts or experiences would be appreciated. Thanks

Your best bet would be to just ask at check-in for a queen room, they usually can accommodate that.

The 2 queen rooms are an extra $20 a night. Just book the King room through the normal process, then call reservations to have them upgrade your reservation to a 2 queen room. You will likely have to pay the nightly difference, but I would ask if they will upgrade it complimentary first.

I have stayed at Aria twice, most recently this past week for 4 nights (comped thru MyVegas!). Both times I simply asked for a room w/2 queens and was given it, but I can't guarantee that will always happen. I did call ahead of time before each stay and had them note my request in the reservation.

Easy. This just happened to me. Book the single King room online using your comp offer. Then call guest services with your reservation # to change your room to a double queen. They easily did it and it came at no extra cost... I forget if I called reservations line or if I called the VIP services line @ 866.359.7778...

Yes and no. Check-in was kind of a nightmare. Literally took an hour. Frankly, I'm not sure what the problem was....if it was combining the reservations or if it was an issue w/the overall MyVegas bookings, but they ultimately sorted it out. I blew such a gasket that they gave me a $100 food & beverage credit. FYI, there was an issue from the get-go b/c I booked very shortly after the rewards became available & a whole bunch of ppl were involved assuring me the reservations were all set. I had multiple confirmations, yet it was still a problem.
