Not the one in the Poker Room but on the floor where all the players are going against the dealer.

At the BJ table, one does not get rated unless betting $25 a hand.

With this Texas Holdem you have an Ante, a bet (2 x ante) for the Flop and possible Turn and River bet.
If one person bets only $10 on the Ante, this means the Flop will cost $20 for a total of $30 on the table with the possibility of $10 on the Flop and $10 on the River for a total of $50.

Would they comp differently at this type of game or are the comps based purely on the ante bet and nothing else?

most of those games are rated on the total amount you have on the table for a hand. but since they know you won't play every hand, they usually cheat and just take ante bet and multiply it by something like 2-2.5 and that's your rating.

if you were betting $10 ante on that game, i figure your rating would be around $35 avg bet.
