My question is about achieving higher level card tiers with the help of point multiplier promotions.

If I manage to get the top level players card at a casino due to a point multiplier promotion, am I likely to see better/additional comp offers than I would receive had I given the same level of play on a non-multiplier day?

My guess is it may vary based on casino. The ones I'm most interested in the answers for are the casinos downtown - specifically any of the Boyd properties and Downtown Grand.

Offers are (in general) based on play. Your ADT will reflect this. Tiers only "get" you certain up-front privileges.

In other words, no, you are not likely to get any "better" offers based on tier level.

No. I know Gold or Diamonds that get better offers than 7 stars. It is all based on play. I even know 7 stars that have trouble getting rooms comped.

Just for your information. Boyd casinos don't have tier credit promotion. Their point multipliers are for your cash back points, not tier credits.
Most of the machines give you one tier credit per dollar coin-in.

Yeh point multipliers only give you extra cash. Use for 40% off food. Or dollar per dollar for slots or gift store. Also, only one downtown that you can get on Young at Heart multiplier days is Fremont. MSS and Cal are only for locals. Sapphire gets automatic 2 points per dollar and emerald gets 3. Ruby is 1. There are special days throughout some months that MSS and Cal have multiplier days good for all. But comps are based on dollars through

Diamond I can see, but I have trouble believing that some who earns less than 5k TCs per year could have better offers that someone that earns 150k TCs per year, regardless of gambling habits.

Can you provide some more detail on the gold and 7* players you are referencing....what their play is like and what type of offers they receive?
