College Conference Championship Week tickets?

Never been to Vegas in March but coming in with a few fellas for Conference Champ week. Was looking forward to betting some hoops and to catch a few games live. Was assuming we could find tickets on the cheap from fans who either had extra or perhaps their teams lost and were no longer interested in attending. Anyone have any luck with that or am I way off base?
 
You shouldn't have any trouble buying tickets for any of the tourneys in town
 

  • What is this "slot tournament" you speak of?
IMO championship week is much better than the opening weekend of the tourney. You have WAY more games, there will be a game on from 9:00AM PST until 10:00 PST. You can also ride hot teams through the tourney (usually on the ML). On top of that it's busy, but not crazy. Table limits are lower and still easy to get on a table of your choice. Throw in a couple of conference tourneys in town that you can actually go watch in person and I'll take that any day over MM.
 
Agree 100 percent. We would not return for MM cuz of the craziness. But, championship week has turned into what MM used to like in its infancy.
