Club One (D/Golden Gate/Circa) - how are offers determined?

For Club One (The D, Golden Gate, and Circa), does anyone know how marketing offers are determined? More specifically:
    • Do they use a daily average or a trip total?
    • What triggers a gaming day? Using a monthly food comp? Using earned food comps? Gaming only?
I'm very happy with my current monthly offers (3 nights D or 4 nights GG, $70 food, $75 free play) that I generate from putting in $10,000 coin-in on video poker over a 2-day period.

My next trip I likely won't be staying at the D. If I stop in at Pizza Rock and use my comps without playing that day, will that affect my offers? If I drop in and play one day, would $5,000 coin-in (my usual daily average) be sufficient to maintain my offers? I'd welcome the board's collective insight here.

I have been playing 4-5 times my normal play at all 3 properties since March of this year, and my offers have not increased.

I'm really baffled by D/GG offers... two years ago after two sessions, I started getting $100 freeplay at The D and $50 at GG (twice a month). And $110 food.

Came with 4 nights at GG or 3 nights at The D with option to upgrade to a suite at GG.

Four or five times, I took the GG suite and low- or no-played them.

My freeplay offers dropped a bit but still $110 for food.

Then Circa opened, and I played about 3 hours slots at $3.50 a spin.

Then received $100 freeplay at Circa for 3 months, with D/GG being about the same. Still $110 food.

I then went back to low-/no-playing (except August, where I did 2 hours at $2.50/spin and 1 hour video poker $10/hand), and my Nov/Dec is now $50 D, $30 GG, and still $110 food.

All I really care about is the $110 food and I'll still low-/no-play the rest of this year, but I really wonder what it takes to drop that food.

I have no idea what is going on with these properties. My free play at the D has decreased from $100 to $75 with no decrease in play. Actually, my play has increased a little. I don't know if it's a mistake in the system or that the level of play has secretly changed to remain at the same level. Besides @maxev and myself, I wonder if anyone else has seen there FP decrease for Nov/Dec at the D while maintaining the same level of play.

Similar here. Offers seem to go up and down with no apparent logic.

When did the F&B change? Looks like mine is no longer good at the outside restaurants.

December - Enjoy $200 in Food & Beverage. Valid only at restaurants at Circa, the D, all Golden Gate and the D casino bars, and Project BBQ. Your monthly food offer IS NOT valid at our partner restaurants Le Thai, Pizza Rock, Bocho, La Comida, or Nacho Daddy. Earned comp dollars may redeemed at these location. Log on to the Club One app, or see a Club One Ambassador for your earned comp dollar balance.

The monthly offers have never been redeemable at the partners. Only earned comp dollars. Which still are.
As far I remember it's been this way for at least two years I've paid attention

Well that explains it then, lol. I've only stayed there a few times and my host would just tell me to charge all food to my card and it would get handled on the back end. I didn't realize that I was using earned dollars.

    .
My offers are holding consistent at $150 F&B, $100 FP D, $50 FP GG 2 x per month. My level of play at the D is pretty much the same each trip. I haven't done any carded play at Circa - maybe that's the wild card for some reason?

Perhaps you are onto something regarding the Circa but I've had FP at the Circa for a few months now without a drop in FP at the D until now. Have you checked your Onecard account for Nov/Dec?
