MyVegas Claiming rewards

    hi, looking to claim a mirage “room and $150fp” award.

    Can anyone explain how I use this to book a room and also how I know how much the room is and the black out dates?

    It says black out dates apply but I can’t find them and I can’t find out how much the room will cost me at a special rate?

    I have emailed customer service but as per usual I get no reply!

    You need to buy the reward to see the dates and prices.

    Yoi can return the reward for a refund if the dates dont suit.

    After you purchase you will get an email with a link in, click the link and it will take you to the calender

    Calenders are not updated however rooms are now available to be booked upto Nov. Dec dates will be added soon.

    New calendars come out about a month before the old ones expire. So the new one will be around the start of June and you will have to see what that period goes to. I assume it will be for the rest of the year.

    And if you purchase rewards to see the calender, remind, that you can only cancel and refund 5 rewards in 30 days. It is a typical problem of mine: Just living in germany and I have to arrange my vacation with my colleagues and employer very early. Spontaneously travelling away for a few days is difficult. So I normally book a flight before the comp-room calender is updated. And then I have to purchase and refund until I find (or not) a comp room for my dates. But when I hit the limit of 5 cancellations in 30 days, I get in contact with the playstudio support. They cancel and refund every reward I want them to, even if I hit the limt.
