Thanks Larry, I used refund management services(RMS) for my tax returns for 2011,2012 & 2013 but I'm trying a new service for 2014 due to RMS charging triple what this other company is going to charge.

Wow amazing winnings. What was your total? 18k in winnings? Congrats dude. One question, when you win big and have a hand pay, you do not have to report it right? The only reports you have to file are the ones above 1k?

SCC im not sure what your asking. Reporting to customs or the government?...I'm Canadian so I don't need to report any winnings to the government here as Canadian gambling winnings are not taxed. Not sure how the American system works. They do take taxes(30%) from you at American casinos if your Canadian and win over $1199 on a single hit/bet at slots. These taxes can be recovered by filing U.S taxes if you have the losses to offset your wins. If your question is about customs, any cash/cheques over $10,000 has to be declared as per the law.

Nice hit. My friend was looking at the 1,000,000 degrees machine earlier and was asking who wins a jackpot on this machine? Apparently, YOU!
