Newbie here. Was playing ElectroLink today and twice won the minor jackpot. But the "win" amount was significantly lower than the jackpot amount. Clearly a technical problem. Either the jackpot amount was somehow wrong or the addition was wrong. I took screenshots and submitted to support. I don't want to collect any free chips or play anymore b/c want them to see my chip count, which will reflect the issue. Are they generally pretty quick to respond and correct?
