Can anyone out there give me info as to what specific items are on the Chin Chin breakfast and lunch buffets?

We stayed at NYNY 2 moths ago and ate @ Chin Chin for breakfast 2x
I really enjoyed the cook to order omlette and they have these red velvet pancakes that are awesome.
overall a good selection for breakfast
