Their website is up, but tier credit and bconncected point totals have been absent for a while now. Says this...

We apologize Tier Credit and B Connected Point balances are currently offline. Any play at an open B Connected property will be recorded and applied to your account balance. Your balance will be visible again shortly. Thank you for your understanding.

I also noticed that at one point, they had kept me at emerald through all of 2021. Now they have backed it back to 2020.

Don’t track my Boyd credits much. But, I did have enough for a room at the Californian for June 11th. I’m good with that.

Sadly, if they end up keeping the downtown properties closed, their adding anything doesn't do me any good. I won't be making any side trips to Gold Coast, Sam's or Orleans on this upcoming trip.

Maybe they are in the process of upgrading all of us to Emerald!

They should be working on extending tiers to next year. Besides the closures, most of the Emerald and up tier benefits won't be available until who knows when...

Looking to head to Biloxi near the end of June. Noticed that sometime last week the credits disappeared. It was about the same time that the offers were coming back into the account for the IP so I assumed they are related. Their site is always a bit iffy. I was able to book rooms as comp before the "offer" appeared on the site so that was a plus "was trying to get a comp room before it displayed then was unavailable because "too many people used the offer." Offers don't appear to have changed that much since the shutdown.

I got an email from BConnected less than an hour ago that they added a whopping 75 tier credits to my account! Great, now I only need 75 more to keep Sapphire for next year. I haven't been to Vegas since early November and should have been back long before now. I sure hope I can make it before the end of the year, but it's all up to Covid.

I got the email today too and I quickly logged into my BC account to gaze upon those beautiful, hefty 75 points they added to my account. YIPPEE!!! :rolleyes2:

I won't make it to Vegas this year so I guess my points will expire. Oh well.

What a freakin joke...Their casinos are closed for 25% of the year, and instead of lowering the amount needed for the next tier by an equal amount, they gave this Sapphire 75 measly tier credits. That's .5% of the way to Emerald. .5.......is that supposed to entice me to spend the rest of the year chasing the other 99.5%? No thanks, ill just avoid them all together until 2021.

I got the first 100 TCs. As recently as three days ago, that had grown to 250 TCs. Now, I am down to 175 TCs. I guess I had received extra TCs in error.

    5% is 1/20th of something. 1/20 of 1500 is 75. 1/20th of 15K (emerald) is 750. 75 is POINT 5 %. But I've had a few beers so may e somewhere in between.

At last, and finally it's close.

Boyd needs to step up their game ...only 75 tier points? ...and BConnected points will expire at the end of this year! I won't make it back to Vegas probably until next year at the earliest and there's been no word on when they plan to reopen our local Boyd properties, since I normally visit the Blue Chip Casino in Indiana.

Correct sir, they close for 25% of the year and offer up .5% tier credits to equal it out. Horrible way to treat loyal customers if you ask me. I suppose their plan is to have people play extra to make up for the loss time, that means they aren't hit as hard by the shut down, but with plenty of people (myself included), ill play with them less, or none.

I had 694 points two days ago and now I'm down to 619. still getting three free nights, so I can't complain.

I got an email saying I got 75 tier credits added. However, bconnected is down right now so I cannot see my total points.
