Binion's Steakhouse downtown is very close to your price point. $37.95 for a 16oz ribeye with veggies, a side, rolls and bottled water included.

    HERE is the menu.

If you happen to have an LVA coupon book there is a 25% off coupon that will drop that price a little.

I think your better finding a rib eye in your city , in Vegas your going to pay for it , in LA it's just as good and you wont have to go that far. :headbang:

Tony Roma’s on Fremont/Four Queens has it for $25 on their menu, 12oz, potato and veggies included. That’s actually a few bucks less than other TR locations across the country. They also have $8.99 prime rib specials and $11.99 steak and lobster specials late at night. I tried going once but the place was packed right at the opening of the specials time.

I’m not saying this is the best one but America at NYNY has a ribeye, baked potato and vegetable for $14.99 from 4-8 and some other odd time like 10-12.

    Main Stations Triple seven, $17.99
Orleans Prime Rib Loft sells a 12oz Prime Rib "Cajun dusted and pan seared" for $26
    Twin Peaks 13oz $27.99
    Rio's American Bar & Grill $29.99

If you can bump it up to $35:
    Linq Yardhouse, 12oz $30.95
    El Cortez, Angus 14oz $34
    Toby Keith, 14oz $34
    PBR Sports Bar $34.95
Orleans Prime Rib Loft, 16oz $35

If spend a little more but get a lot more matters:
For $40.95 at Battista’s Hole in the Wall, they offer a 14oz ribeye and all dinners include unlimited house wine, Minestrone Soup or Italian Salad, Garlic Bread, Pasta Side & Homemade Cappuccino. It's just east of Ballys and the dive bar Stage Door is next door.

I would go with the Prime Rib Loft too. And Ellis Island has a good prime rib dinner that would slide in well under budget.

Crap! I read that wrong. I rescind my recommendation. I would go Cornerstone, but realistically, if I go for Ribeye in Vegas, $30 isn't enough.
