Any suggestions on where to go for a good charcuterie board? We will mostly be on the strip. Thanks!
At the Palazzo I like Buddy V's meat and cheese board. $19-21 depending on whether you get it for lunch or dinner. I've ordered it with a meal in the restaurant and also enjoyed it with just a drink in the bar area too. It's a dated Eater Vegas article, but you can see a picture of it here:
Strip is not my purview but that new Eataly place must have a salumeria. I found this on Yelp

I recommend Jaleo. It won’t be your traditional charcuterie but you can select a lot of different meat or cheese small plates. They really know their stuff.
Raos in cp
Bardot in Aria
+1 for Bardot
Thanks for the tips and suggestions. Heading there Sunday and hopefully one of these will work into our plans or lack there of as we kind of roll loosely.
Believe it or not but the charcuterie board at Bailiwick in the Orleans is pretty good and a good value.
Hexx at Paris, or Mon ami at Paris.
Scarpetta has a meat & cheese board that I want to try next month!!
What did you end up trying?
Morels Steakhouse & Bistro in the Palazzo (Venetian sister property). They have one of the biggest selections in Vegas. In fact, they have a separate menu for the meats and cheeses. They have a cheese and charcuterie bar with more than 60 farmhouse and artisanal cheeses from around the world with many different handmade salamis and meats.
I always order a cheese platter when in Vegas. I've had them all over town. After 40+ vegas trips, Morels has the largest selection I've found. I'm sure there is a larger one in Vegas, I just haven't found it yet.
BLT at Ballys has a very good board. If you are Seven Stars (and maybe Diamond) it is given to you
