Is there a way to get a separate WL form for each casino by any chance?

Not sure which ones you're looking for?
CET and mLife already break theirs down by casinos in the statements.

Not sure what the reason is, but if you share, maybe folks have another solution for you.

Convert the PDF to Word, open the Word doc and edit it however you like. Not legit at all, but there you go.

You might be able to get an individual casino to do it, I can't think of a good reason for them not to issue a letter stating the same thing that's on the W/L for their casino, but I'm sure it would be a huge pain in the ass finding the right person willing to do it. No easy/online way that I know of.

What Chuck2009x said, but if your plan is to try and use the individual ones to show a loss while excluding ones where you might have won, just know that if you get audited, there is a good chance they ask you for all win/loss statements from every casino you played at during the year even if you claimed to never play there. Also, if you want to itemize, which is harder to do now under the new tax law, you have to have a far more detailed listing when it comes to claiming gambling losses. I think the win/loss statements even say they are not to be used for taxes, or something like that.

    Depending on the use....

I was sharing win/loss to ask about match. I took screen shot, then cropped and used only sections with activity. No real reason other than keeping my email with embedded images shorter.
