I became Diamond last year and made it again this year. I have never gotten any VIP Reservation phone number shared with me. Does anyone here on VMB have the number? Never got a casino host but have PM'd Hunter and he helped with a problem with my reservation. Thanks to any and all with your help...

Yeah, I've never been able to find the special number, supposedly it's on the back of your card, but the one on mine isn't it.

If you're Diamond, if you call a regular reservation number, after they look up your account, they'll transfer you to VIP.

Hopefully someone will post a number, it's a waste of time to talk to the regular line when they always end up transferring.

I've always wondered the same thing. Been diamond for a long time and I usually just call the regular number. They identify your status based on caller id and either the operator knows your tier status or are directed to a different set of operators.

Just call the hotel/casino 800 number and when the operator answers, just ask to be transferred to VIP services.
