How do you feel about CET survey?

Do you answer all their questions?

Is there any questions you dislike?

Never receive one but if I did I wouldn't ask for higher room rates as they are claiming we did.......

I get at least one on every visit. I had one from Rio and one from Bally's from my last visit. My husband got one from Harrah's. I don't mind questions about how I was treated by the staff or what slot machines I like. I don't like the question about my bank roll like this one.

Annually, what percentage of your casino entertainment budget is allocated to Caesars owned properties?

I would like a text field to provide written feedback because the current questions really don't provide for complete feedback.

We get the same type of surveys from Main Street Station, California, SunCoast, Gold Coast, etc. (Boyd & Coast properties), whenever we either stay there, or play a few hours in the casinos.

Then need room for more comments.

And they need to stop asking what the PRIMARY reason for the visit. We visit for many reasons.

One thing I know from similar surveys in similar fields, having a survey company work closely with my company, is most companies that compile the results, their program select certain surveys that contain comments, such as taking all the surveys that rate the dealers as excellent and any one of them that has a comment they randomly select some to compile the comments. Same thing on negative ratings, if they see a negative rating for dealers they may select your survey if it has a comment to compile your comment into the report to the owner. Not all surveys with comments get the comments forwarded or even tallied. All surveys are counted in the number rating, but to compile info on every comment is usually not done from my experiences, as it is cost prohibitive unless the owner bellies up to pay all the extra costs for such detail, however it may be different depending on the amount of surveys they get, which I assume CET gets many.

Years ago after I bought a ford van they sent a survey every 6 months. The first time I put something neg on it was te last time I got one. Survey's hold very little value as far as reading them to use for something or someplace.

I would have entered my Vegas monopoly board, inspired by their survey, if there was enough space to include my comments (in living colour).
