I'm planning on doing this mid-afternoon on Jan 28th
$125 coin in (25 Tier Credits) on slots at each of:

Starting at Harrah's
Linq
Flamingo
Cromwell
Caesars Palace
Bally's
Paris
Ending at PHo

Gets you a bonus 2,000 TCs awarded in April.

I'm checking into PHo that morning and thinking about getting started at Harrah's around 2 or 3 pm.

Personally, I plan to be pretty disciplined and stick to $1 and $5 slots and just do the $125 at each place (except PHo, cause that's where I'm staying), but we'll see what happens.

The earning period is through March 31 and I think they're supposed to post on April 15 or something like that. They count towards tier status; there's no reason to do it if they don't.
