if you do 4 locations in 1 day do you also get the bonus for earning 1000 tier credits in a day?
 
Not unless you earned 1000 tier credits total on the 4 locations. You don't receive the bonus TC for the badges until the end of the promo period which stops on March 31st.

This is correct. If you do the minimum at each place, that's only 25 TCs each. Each of those count towards your daily total and towards a daily bonus if you do them all on one day, but the 250 you get for each badge, when they get awarded in April, will not count towards a daily bonus
