This popped up a few days ago in my online offers (I'm obsessive about checking daily since offers appear there first), but I'm not home to receive the mailer and haven't received an email yet with more information.

Sounds like it's another play-up offer (perhaps a Peloton bike for higher levels?), and my base tier is the Oura Smart Ring (but no listing of a freeplay alternative). Looking it up, it's valued at $300 and I'm curious about my sleep patterns and it'd be nice to have something tangible when leaving Vegas, so I may just go for that.

...unless of course, they offer anything like the mattress or bicycle freeplay.

I got the same offer for the smart ring but no mention of the free play offer you could get instead of the gift

I called and checked on the Health & Fitness offer and they said it was either the ring or earn 6000 tier for $2500 freeplay (may be different based on others' tiers).

I had to repeat it twice to make sure it was correct, because this would then be an even better offer than the iPad, mattress, and bicycle offers.

Interestingly, there's another Fitness Product offer taking place the day after the Health & Fitness offer (10/18-10/22).

This one is popped up online 10/23-10/26, and my offer is a Shanlu Massage Gun or $200 freeplay, or "play up for upgrades."

If this is indeed a similar promo to the iPad, mattress, and bicycle play-up offers, I wonder if these two are actually the same offer and they'll end up combining them since past play-ups have been a full week to earn. Because otherwise, it'll be pretty confusing to Caesars having two health & fitness offers back-to-back.

I earned the 7,000 TCs for the $2,000 free play but was not able to get to the promotions center before it closed at 4:00 today. On a whim I swiped my card at one of the new Caesars Rewards kiosks they have been installing and got this:
    IMG_20201020_163330.jpg

This was at Paris. I didn't want to redeem there so I did not print the free slot play. I will find out tomorrow if it prints an actual slot ticket or a voucher to take to the cage. I hope it's option 1. One less line to wait in.

Thanks for showing this. I got the offer for 10/19 to 10/21 but not the one that starts on 10/22, which sucks because I will be there starting on 10/22. I called and they said I did not qualify for the offer on 10/22. I am not a big fish. Probably not even a guppy on their sonar as I get free rooms but only go there once a year. I hope to be considered a bigger fish some day, and will start playing more like one this trip, in the hope I get better offers in the future. I'd be happy if this popped into my offers, but I am doubtful.

Caesars just initiated a much easier way to redeem free play via these kiosks.

When I was at Flamingo a couple of weeks ago I wanted to convert my reward credits into slot play (I know, 2 for 1). Normally you would have to go to the rewards booth, get the slip, take it to the cage, etc. Not any more.

I was directed to go to the kiosk, swipe my card, put in my digits and then on the kiosk I could convert my points into free play, which then is automatically put on my card!! (In AC, we've been able to convert points into free play via a kiosk for years, but it would print a voucher that you would then need to take to the cage for free play coupons.)

I was worried this wasn't really going to work (I mean, it was too easy! LOL), but I converted and just a few minutes later I was on a VP machine downloading free play. I was on an older VP machine so the graphics aren't the best but it did in fact work. No need anymore to get a slip and take it to the cage. What I don't know is whether it is on your card for play anywhere in Vegas or whether you need to do the transaction I described at the Vegas casino where you want to play.

I hope the free play from the playups still prints a voucher to take to the cage. I find it annoying using freeplay on your card when the value is higher. Haven't tried the new system at CP, but the old system you would pick my bank then you'd get 4 choices $5/$10/$15/ALL of it. So if you had $2000 in freeplay and wanted to just load $200 it would take forever to do that. The newer system at CP seemed to have part of the slot screen taken up for the rewards system, any chance they decided to let you type in the amount you want to withdraw from your bank?

Yeah, the options were poor. I recall the options were $1, $5, $10 and $50. Crazy. But, I didn't have a large amount. I think it was an odd amount like $213, so maybe those particular numbers popped up given my amount. I didn't remember seeing an "all" option. I would have done that for $213 but agree, I would not want to do that for $2000.

Hopefully the places that have the upgraded touchscreen displays work better. Bally's still has the little two line display with a physical keypad. That's where I played my $2,000 FP yesterday. Somehow I remembered that free play could be redeemed by pressing 7. There were no instructions on the machine.

The only options it gave me were $1, $5, $10, and $25. I wasn't about to go through that process 80 times so I started pressing other buttons. In a 5 second span I summoned slot service, a cocktail server, and a host :) I pressed cancel and yanked my card and thankfully it seemed to cancel all that. Then I pressed 9 and it downloaded all $2,000 slot play without warning. If this had been a quarter or dollar machine I would have been so mad. Since it was a $5 9/6 JoB machine it was just 80 hands so no big deal.

I will be really frustrated if my options are $1, $5, $25, and $5,000 this weekend.

Is it really that hard to have a enter how much you want to withdraw like other casinos? Oh well, guess i'll have to press that button over and over and over.

I too, like the paper vouchers. Is it still an option to get them?

Was the free play given as chips or slips for table players?

The rules are changing every day.

    For the 19-21 promotion:
    • On my way out of Paris I stopped in the Promotions Conference Room and they said it didn't matter whether I swiped or used them. I did not think to ask whether they would be giving me vouchers or putting it on my card.
    • Later, went to PH Rewards desk to find out where to go to get voucher since I wanted to run it through at PH.
Get sent away telling me that I'm SOL because I checked out of Paris then came to the desk. Will not be allowed to redeem.
    • Walked over to Bally's and swiped card at kiosk. Free play was put onto card. No vouchers.
    • Machines at Bally's still have old two-line text interface. Full $2,000 FSP balance showed up when I put my card in. Was given options of adding $5, $10, $25 to machine (pressing 7). I started pressing other button. Turns out 9 loaded the entire amount.
    IMG_20201020_163330.jpg IMG_20201021_150801.jpg

    For the 23-25 promotion:
    • Decided to redeem at Caesars Palace since they have touchscreens on their machines. I wanted to see if I could key in a specific amount of FP to load onto the machine.
    • Kiosk said that FP was added to my account. But then it printed out a Reel Reward voucher. So it wasn't loaded onto my account.
I did not think to stick my card in a machine to see if FP was also loaded onto it.
    • Waited forever at the understaffed cage to get traditional paper vouchers.
    IMG_20201025_075433.jpg IMG_20201025_075437.jpg IMG_20201025_123709.jpg IMG_20201025_123713.jpg
    IMG_20201025_123754.jpg IMG_20201025_124540.jpg

So what will happen during the Apple promotion next week? Who knows. And yes, that jackass has his entire head through the grate and in the cage a foot from that poor cashier.

Don't get me going on drink tickets. One day you needed them, the next you did not. That cycle repeated a couple times throughout the week :rolleyes2:

I assume everything will be fully automated soon. The drink ticket system worked well in Tahoe, but even they weren't doing promotion redemption on the kiosks last month.

@Tarpie you used the term "PH Rewards desk" is that Planet Hollywood or is that an abbreviation for "Paris?" For the November Apple promo I would like to use vouchers at Paris, but things sound pretty disorganized. What a surprise at CET/El Dorado.

    PH = Planet Hollywood

Paris had a ton of the new kiosks and I could have redeemed my FP there. TBD whether it will be put on your card or print out a voucher next week.
