Just got this in my email. The subject line seems misleading as the email it self says nothing about TC multiplying. So is this a TC and gift points multiplier or just gift points?

It appears their own staff doesn't know the difference between Tier Credits and GGWU points... that's pretty embarrassing.

I have no dog in this fight, since it's during the Las Vegas 7* signature event.

So, let me guess that it's GGWU and RCs only. I see nothing about Tier Credits anywhere in the fine print. I'm tentatively scheduled to go to the 5X TC multiplier in Lake Tahoe the following week.

Thanks for breaking this one out into a separate thread. I think there will soon be a follow-up clarification email.

I received this e-mail as well.
I was going to come and ask if anyone knew

Same situation. Topic says 7X tier credits
    e-mail implies GGWU points..

However is is worded in a way that might be both.

Oh boy, another CET cluster where people will be lining up at the Rewards Desk to figure out what's going on. Oh, wait! There is no more rewards desk!

Looks like the budget cuts have hit the marketing department at Caesars. There’s no excuse for sloppiness like this.

It has always been like this. Sloppy, ambiguous, careless, downright contradictory. They are clearly already working with the cheapest possible writing/editing staff.

Almost certainly, it’s ggwu points only, not tier credits.

“Just play however you want and enjoy the amazing rewards!” Don’t worry, you’ll get to enjoy another unforgettable stay in December (without your usual free play offer) to use those valuable ggwu points.

I figured a correction would be coming soon, from the moment that I saw the error.

Attention Please: There's Been a Correction

You have recently received an email showing 7X Tier Credit Multiplier - WHAT ??? as the subject line. This was unfortunately mislabeled. The offer we are inviting you for is our 7X Great Gift Wrap Up Point Multiplier.

We sent another email with the complete details and hope you take advantage of this great opportunity to boost your Great Gift Wrap Up Points before the Main Event later this year.

We do apologize for any confusion this may have caused.

The surprise is that they sent a “correction” before things really went off the rails.

One of their social media monitors probably saw it mentioned here.

Quite possibly. I hope their social media monitors pass on some of the other issues we mention on here :)
