Planning a trip with another couple who are not CET members. If I book two rooms under my TR number and if I pay for both rooms will I be able to get the resort fee waived for both rooms based on my Diamond status? Or is that waiver limited to one room at a time?

Not sure on a paid room. I'm 7* and last year I booked two addl. rooms and paid for them with RCs and resort fees were waived.

Exemption from resort fees is limited to your room.

When booking additional rooms, ask for the friends/family discount that you get when booking additional rooms.

If you are comped on the first room, the second will be about half off. Resort fees do apply though, unless you get them comped on the backend.

I was comped three rooms for myself and two family members last May. I did have to pay the resort fee on the other two rooms. I asked for it to be waived off due to my play, and they merely deducted it from my RC's. So be prepared if you ask for it to be comped off at the end, they will take it from your reward credits if you have any.
