Hi, I will be staying at Ballys at the end of the month and will be meeting my friend and his wife who will also be staying at Ballys. My question is by my being a diamond, would I be able to have my friend and his wife join me in the diamond lines or is it strictly for me or +1 or +2? I know that there is a limit of + one for the diamond lounge but wasn't sure about the other perks of being a diamond like line for buffets, shows, etc. Thanks in advance!
Indeed its you plus 1 HOWEVER, If you kindly ask the attendant upon entry sometimes they will let you in with plus 2 if its slow.. I have done this before at the Paris DL. Good luck!
Thanks for all your swift responses! Will definitely try asking nicely about the diamond lounge! Another question is which is how would you rank the different diamond lounges?
My Favorites from first place to last place: Planet Hollywood (its a little hidden on the second floor take the escalator up to the 2nd floor) Paris (can get packed at times so be advised) Harrahs Rio (least packed and very nice) Caesars Flamingo (sucks.. Super small, always packed, bad service from my experience)
I've also checked my friends in at the diamond check in so they didn't have to wait in the other line.
It of course can change depending on where you are. The Caesars DL is a bit far from the gaming floor. Easily the classiest of them. If you are a bar fly like us, the Harrahs is really great. Paris has a small bar. Flamingo has no bar on the floor at all, like PH.
I encountered a limit on the shuttle bus to Rio - I think we were told two additional? Otherwise we were fine in food lines etc. I have never asked at DL for an additional pass. Some have suggested to contact your host, however mine just left Caesars with no warning. Harrahs I agree has the best food. Most like a 'real' meal. Caesars had a long tedious waiting line, even on a Monday night. I'm 4'11" and he kept trying to get me to take a seat at the bar on these super tall stools. I just wanted to sit & relax and read for a bit, not fall off a bar-stool lol. Paris seems to only ever have wings & some spicy fried little deal. I wish they would have SOMETHING different. I love their atmosphere - darker & relaxing - a nice break. Flamingo actually seemed large to me but just a bigger open room - not as relaxing & rather bright. They brought drinks quickly so it wasn't an issue not having a bar to walk up to. I liked Rio atmosphere but it's been a few years so don't remember food options.
