If you had comped rooms at all Ceasers properties except Nobu which place has the nicest basic rooms/size.
Cromwell looks nice but the rooms seem small.

I’m leaning towards Paris burgandy end of hallway room.

I would take CP Augustus tower room, if available.

Depending on the time of year, and how often you go I would give two reccomendations.

    1. If you go in the cool season, and aren't going to be visiting the pool, CP Augustus all the way, nice fountain views, great rooms.
    2. If you are going during pool season, or have already had your fill of the fountain view rooms, I prefer the renovated palace tower rooms at CP. You are right beside the pool, the rooms are quite large, and i believe the rack rate on them is quite a bit lower than the Augustus rooms

Basically, if you have comped rooms at CP, stay at CP

    CP Augustus has great rooms.

BUT - where will you be doing most of your play?

Pool usage plays a big part.
If the pool is of no interested and if staying a few days then avoid Ceasers as the walk from your room to the strip will get old quickly.
Cromwell is on my list of places to stay but have avoided it due to the night club noise.
I would go with your original idea and choose Paris burgandy end of hallway room.
