Just thought I would pass this along but I noticed the pay tables at Bellagio and Cosmopolitan were actually very good for the Caveman Keno. I play the 8 spot and, while CET casinos pay 46/450 on the 6/7 hits, Bellagio and Cosmo pay 56/550. That's very good.

Thanks for the report. In February, the Wizard of Vegas site posted a video keno survey, and the surprising results were mentioned here in another thread. Bellagio ranked #3 of 69 in Las Vegas. Cosmo was #29, and both Wynn & Encore placed top-5.

The survey didn't include much detail, but it was based on a selection of quarter machines. Bellagio average return was 93.17%. Bottom of the list was Venetian at 87.15%.

Hitting 5 paid 4. Was at the Dollar level. Didn't look to see if the paytable was different at lower denominations. Was always the same with Boyd or CET.

Wizard of Odds calculator says 93.64%, which is not bad for video keno.

Supposedly, a 94.98% version exists, with a substantially different, less volatile pay schedule.

Pretty sure the versions that pay more on the 5/6 spots but substantially less on the 7/8 are actually a better bet but I like the higher variance/lower pay versions as there is a greater potential of a $500-$1000 win.
