Casino Royale garage roof...What does that mean?

As I am looking out my window at Harrah's I can see words painted on the upper level of the C/R garage. They are painted in the driving lanes. It appears that the intention was that they could be read from above and are not oriented to be read from the car. It reads "Casino Royale" on one line and "Craps", some squares, and a few random letters (IXDOS) that make no sense to me. This is bugging me and I must know the reason/meaning.

 

Guessing it says Casino Royale Craps 100x Odds (or maybe did) and it is advertising for the strip helicopter tours and hotel towers with your view.

Ahh, yes I see it now. I guess I can get my suitcase packed and go home now...

 

It's hard enough to read straight-on, much less from the angle I was looking from. It makes you wonder what they were thinking when they scrunched it all up like that when they could have spread it out 50' to either side and made it legible. Heck, I may have been over there shooting craps if I had known what it meant. They will be kicking themselves when they read this and realize they may have gotten the 20 bucks I lost at Harrah's this week.

 

Ah, but being hard to read makes you concentrate on reading it, and thus take greater notice.
