Carrot top code not working

Am I doing something wrong here. I went to smartervegas and they have a Carrot Top code linked from travelzoo.

It opens in the mgm site.

when I get to the paying part it comes up with an error saying they cant process the transaction and to call customer service at...

thats it, no number or anything.

Is this just part of the mgm computer glitch thing?

I had the same problem a couple of weeks back - you can email or call customer services ([email protected]) and they'll give you the advertised Internet rate. They got back to me within the hour on a weekday when I emailed them, and handled the thing super quickly.

I called Luxor direct. they honored the discount and I got front row seats for $95 (2) with tax and fees.

 

tried this and got better seats then travelzoo offered the $95 price.

I also could not purchase on line. I called the Luxor after reading it on this thread, first call, waited almost 10 minutes for a rep then the rep had to ask the supervisior, 10 minutes later came back with Sorry, you have to call Travel Zoo, we can not honor discounts. Hung up, called again, this time the rep was wonderful, she honored the discount and I too was given front row seats and the wait was a lot quicker. When she asked is there anything else I told her I was going to try the Travel Zoo discount for the Australian Bee Gee's at Excal for $20.00, she tried 3 different ways and could not find a code, she looked in her manual and it said in RED, must be booked on line thru Travel Zoo. Not sure if I want to see the show, but figured if she could help me I would have booked it. Thanks for the heads up in calling direct.

 

I must have gotten the nice rep too becaue he was very easy to work with.

 

We saw his show last week and loved it.....wondering why I'd waited this long to see it now. Enjoy the show!

 

I had the same exact issues with the Fantasy show tickets, simply calling the Luxor box office (4-5 times) and getting the right person allowed me to benefit from this deal
