Can not figure out the new comp system for the Borgata

Everything was so simple at the Borgata in AC before the change to MLife. You had comp dollars and status dollars which basically matched and then slot dollars for playing on slots. Now there are tier credits, express comps, and points.

I was just messing around playing max bet quarter slots for a few hours and now it says that I have 1348 tier credits, $17 in express comps, and 170 points. I don't really understand what that means or whether it's good. I don't know the rate for earning tier credits or express comps on slots because it's apparently not being made public like how CET does it. $17 in reward credits from CET is respectable, but I don't know if that's the same for MLife. There's not a lot of information out there that I've found.

Can anybody help me out with this? Thanks in advance.

 

Either you had a small mlife balance to start, or you got a small amount of comps converted from Borgata. 170 points should earn only $1.70 of express comps.

Looks like 1 point is 8 tier credits in AC. That's not bad. Vegas is 10 tier credits a point, but Tunica/Biloxi is 2 tier credits a point (bullshit, imo). Slots in most MLife places are $3 a point. Most VP is $10 a point.

 

Holy cow. I just hit my first ever handpay: $3000 on a Big Times Pay 50 cent machine. The Borgata is magical.

 

Congrats on the hand pay. Love playing at the Borgata and I hope the magic comes my way next time.

 

I ended up with only about 2500 tier credits for the entire weekend, but I won $3565. I am okay with that.
