Can anyone tell me what this is?

In the 'let's try to clear up medical bills' I'm trying to come up with stuff to sell for mom.

This is about 18 inches tall & has a cork top with remnants of some type of liquid inside. (Since cork not opened I can't sniff it lol). Very heavy china type.

My first thought was Johnny Walker stuff but not right 'guy'.

Its an Irish Mist Decanter for sure. My buddy has one in his bar here in Montana.
