My prior Host was Brian Hightower, undoubtedly one of the best in Vegas. I understand he got a promotion - congrats Brian. Unfortunately I have heard nothing from the so-called new person. Not a call. Not an email. Nothing. Brian used to send me fabulous offers with food and free play. The new person ... nothing. Anyone know what's going on with the Hosts?
A lot of folks have been laid off, or dealing with health/holiday/personal shit, etc. I wouldn't read too much into it. If you can't reach the new guy in an acceptable response time, just contact a host on duty or VIP services and explain your situation. I'm sure they'll get you straightened out
