Burgers with gluten free buns?

    How about no bun at all? In and Out Burger is well loved and they have one wrapped in lettuce.

    my head just Assploded, they make a In-N-Out burger on 2 lettuce leaves
    they call it "protein" style

    Burger Bar in Shoppes of Mandalay have Gluten Free bun option.

    My wife highly recommends it.

    Thank you! I appreciate this answer. As a Celiac of many years I am well aware of protein style burgers. I occasionally like a nice bun though... or as close to a bun as the GF variety gets.

    Beating a dead horse hear, but wrapped in lettuce is the way to go.

    It is an acquired taste. I am to the point that I prefer it without a bun.

    Bun and french fries is too much for my stomach to handle these days.

    Besides, after eating a burger without a bun there is plenty of room for dessert.

    Margaritaville has a gluten free menu that includes a burger & bun.
