America in NYNY - For a quick bite they have a donut counter with coffee and cronuts. When I'm in a hurry, this is the place to go to.
Toms Urban - Weird twist on food, great service. They have breakfast, only had dinner there. It's good.
Across the street at MGM - Breakfast buffet is fresh and very tasty. I do this once every trip.

We always make it a point once every trip to eat at America. Decently priced restaurant with good food.

IL Fornaio has a really nice breakfast. I love the cheese omelet and their version of eggs Benedict. My husband always gets the waffle with fruit. A little pricey - especially compared to America (which, personally, I did not like at all when I ate there for dinner once and refuse to return). I don't have a picture of the omelet, but it's not as pretty as the waffle anyways! [IMG]

America has good breakfast options. 48th and Crepe has delicious crepes, we usually grab those at least once per trip. The Chinese restaurant has a breakfast buffet but I've never tried it.

Tom's Urban is a great option. If you're also just in the mood for coffee, I'd suggest skipping Starbucks and hitting Sambalatte just outside of Monte Carlo.

I also recommend Tom's. All the times I've been there in the morning, I've never had to wait for a place to sit. Some good outdoor seating for people watching. Good food options without breaking the bank. The best part is that they serve breakfast until like 4 PM or so.

I've had a lot of great feedback on Tom's Urban.

You don't say how far away you'd be willing to go or if you'll have a car. Mon Ami Gabi at the Paris is a long walk but a fairly short car ride.

Tom's! Had a great breakfast experience there. Very good sized portions. It wasn't expensive but it was more than what I was hoping to spend on breakfast (because I was on work trip and I'm allotted only so much per day) but it turned out to be very good sized portions. I didn't have lunch that day, I had a light snack at the noon hour.

I love 48th and Crepe, great place. Very filling at roughly $10 per person. Both sweet and savory options.

Il Fornaio occasionally will offer 2-for-1 breakfasts

Yeah, I was going to mention one time I stayed there recently the front desk was telling people their room key would get them 2-for-1 breakfast at Il Fornaio.

+1 on both of these...Tom's Urban has amazing breakfast (Asiago Hash Browns are to die for) and Sambalatte is in my opinion the best coffee on the strip.

Tom's Urban-great food-horrible service. They always seem short staffed for breakfast during the week. I have brought this up to management there and nothing seems to happen.

The Italian Restaurant in the casino next to the craps tables has "buy one, get one free" breakfast if you are staying at an MGM property. Good food, decent portions.

America is a typical breakfast Vegas place- not much as far as atmosphere but decent food and decent prices.

Sambalate is an amazing coffee shop next door and at the Monte Carlo and they are amazing. Sometimes a long wait in the morning.......

If they got the service for breakfast better, I would do breakfast and dinner there when staying at NYNY or Monte Carlo......

I like America, but Il Foranio is better.

I just went again a few weeks ago and had a pretty crappy experience myself. Was seated by a hostess, and sat... and sat... and sat. I was about to get up and leave and some random waiter stopped by and asked if I had been helped, said I hadn't and he seemed pretty angry about it. The food this time wasn't that great, so I'm fairly certain this place is off my list of recommendations.
